We tried our best to describe the products and anything listed in this website. However, we may have missed some mistakes and by all means are not intentional. We attempt to reproduce our colours as true to life as possible, but due to the nature of the printing and screen display process, sometimes garment colours may vary slightly from the colour chart or their images. Therefore, by using this Site, you acknowledge and agree that this Site may include certain errors, omissions, or outdated information which may affect the quality of the Materials. Processing your order
Once the order has been placed, you will receive an email notification from us to acknowledge your order.
Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it, order acceptance and the creation of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you by us of the goods and order invoice, which takes place as your product is shipped from our warehouse. It does not take place until that stage, notwithstanding that we may have debited your card (see above) or that we have sent an acknowledging email (see above)
All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with the above clause of these terms and conditions.
The purchase of goods is subject to availability. It is possible that an item you purchased on this Site is not in stock. We are truly sorry if any items you wish to purchase are not in stock. Any sold out items will have 'SOLD OUT' beside them on the statement accompanying your purchase. Your credit card will not be charged for any unavailable items.
Please make sure you have the correct email details as this is will be our first preference method of contact should there will be any problems with your order.

We accept payment by Credit Cards, Paypal, Money Order and Personal Cheques.
All payments must be in Australian Dollars only.
Personal Cheques and Paypal echeques will take about 3-5 business days to clear, therefore please allow these extra days when expecting your order to be processed. Top of Page

We use Australia Post for all retail sale, and Fastway Courier for wholesale
We aim to deliver all orders within 7 business days from our receipt of your order and obtaining payment authorisation from your credit card issuer.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges of online purchases can be made via mail or at one of our stores within 28 days of purchase providing the customer has the original purchase receipt. Items purchased under the eSale section can only be exchanged or refunded by returning to our mail order department, using the returns form included in your order. Faulty eSale items can also be exchanged (not refunded) at your closest retail store with proof of purchase, subject to availability.
Return/Exchange via Mail
All returns for items purchased in this website, are only allowed to be returned via mail for a refund.

If you wish to exchange, please also include a self addressed paid Australia Post satchel.

Exhanges to a Store
Please send us an email first before visiting the retail store for exchange.
You can take the item(s) and the original receipt to your nearest retail store after you have received a confirmation email from us.
Faulty Returns
We will always provide product returns and offer an exchange, discount, voucher, refund or repair where the product:
- Is faulty or not to our high quality standards through no fault of the customer
- Is not fit for its intended purpose or
- Does not match the sample or description
We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of the returned goods prior to offering an exchange, discount, voucher, refund or repair.
Replacement orders and refunds will be actioned promptly and you pay no extra postage fees on faulty items. Top of Page
Promotional Offers
If you have purchased a product that was part of an in store ‘deal’, we will refund the price in accordance with the deal eligibility. No refund will be given on free items and any refund amount will be recalculated if your return results in deal eligibility no longer being met. Top of Page
